Roles & Responsibilities :

- - Overlooking Operation and Maintenance of MEP system such as HVAC, STP, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, Electrical HT/LT, DG, UPS, CCTVs, and access control system etc.
- Looking after Operation and Maintenance of site for 24
* 7.
- Vendor co-ordination / AMC Renewals / Compliance documents / Audit Documents
- Preparation and submission of site team manpower billing/salary attendance to client’s accounts department along with cost sheet for invoicing process.
- Maintain and update the various logs, Power consumption record, PPM records, Invoices record, Building incident report, Monthly Budget, etc.
- Preparation of Daily Management report DMR, Monthly Management Report MMR and Daily Progress Report DPR for transition, presenting the same to Management.
- Hiring External professionals for repairs of the building, equipment or machinery Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly.
- Overlooking Safety, Health and Environment compliance in all activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- BE /

B.Tech or 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engg.
- 5 - 8 years of Experience in managing large contracts.
- Deep Functional knowledge & experience.
- Fluency in English both written & verbal.
- Team Management.
