Key Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of executives to manage logistics and related activities including - Logistics
for B2C shipments, B2B shipments, inter warehouse transfers, first mile logistics from vendors to
warehouse.
● Handle vendor relationships
● Track metrics related to cost, speed and reliability and identify areas for improvement
● Support internal teams to handle escalations
● Work with finance to manage billing and monthly cost provisioning
● Handle ad hoc projects in supply chain domain
What we look for:
● Ecommerce or Retail operation experience
● Experience of managing a team of executives and handling logistics vendors
● Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a
fast-paced development environment
● Ability to meet deadlines
● Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree / / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
● Minimum Experience 5 years
