Position: Head Design - Statutory Approval - 22+ Years
Head Design & Statutory Approval – 22+Years – Mumbai

We are looking for a senior leadership professional to head Design Management and Statutory Approvals for large-scale real estate projects. The role will drive design excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Location –  Mumbai

Your Future Employer –  A leading real estate and construction organization with a strong presence in Maharashtra, delivering large and complex developments across residential and commercial segments.

Responsibilities –
Lead master planning, concept, and detailed design development across real estate projects.
Drive and secure all statutory approvals including EC, RERA, building permits, fire NOC, and utility connections.
Ensure compliance with NBC, local regulations, fire norms, and sustainability standards.
Drive cost optimization and value engineering without compromising design quality.
Lead stakeholder management, risk mitigation, change control, and team development.

Requirements –
B. Arch or BE Civil (PG in Urban Planning or Project Management- not mandatory)
Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate design and statutory approvals in Maharashtra.
Strong expertise in local codes, regulations, and approval processes for large developments.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools such as Primavera or MSP.
