Role
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations leader to drive revenue performance. The role will own end-to-end sales delivery, capacity planning, and performance governance across large frontline sales teams.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. To lead a team of 12 Team Leads (each Team Lead manages 35-40 agents)
2. Ensure adherence to daily working of Team Leads
- Ensuring attendance for batch assigned is as per daily and monthly forecasting/projections
- Assign hourly/mid-day/shift reports on order processing for each batch led by Team Leads
- Ensure Team Leads achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Performance review of Team Leads, feedback on improvement required.
- Daily Stand-ups with TLs
- Manpower planning considering the growth on a monthly basis
3. Act as point of coordination with other functions including HR, Training, Quality
4. Undertake planning and implementation of new strategic initiatives as aligned with Senior leadership
- Also, suggest new tech initiatives to be undertaken
5. Data planning
- Prepare incentives for agents on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- Prepare plan for PIP (for agents) on monthly basis
