Job Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand client needs and effectively communicate the brief to relevant internal teams.
- Ensure the project is executed successfully, adhering to the established timeline and budget.
- Organize internal and external resources based on event requirements and specifications.
- Maintain high-quality standards for both external (manpower, event-specific materials, production) and internal resources.
- Develop detailed project timelines and checklists, monitoring progress to guarantee smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the production manager to manage the event's budget efficiently.
- Oversee key accounts, ensuring target goals are met and resources are allocated effectively to projects.
- Work alongside the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts that align with client expectations.
- Independently manage small to medium-sized events, while providing leadership and direction for larger teams.
