Role overview
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commercial real estate projects across hotels, resorts, and fabricated structures within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong technical and stakeholder management skills, capable of independently managing end-to-end project execution from design coordination and vendor management to site supervision and final handover while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery across multiple projects in the company’s pipeline.
Job responsibilities
- Understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry, civil/infrastructural requirements, construction materials, etc.
- Understanding of MEP requirements, project management/execution, civil audits/inspections
- Understanding of designing, troubleshooting, delivering, and documenting projects
- Understanding of vendor, inventory, and expense (CAPEX/OPEX) management
- Understanding of various building construction raw materials, procurement process, vendor selection, pricing, etc.
- Understanding of AutoCAD designing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting & architecture
- Understanding of the company's design standards/guidelines/timelines for seamless project delivery
- Understanding of space planning (interior/exterior), finish selection, product/furniture specification
- Coordinating with various teams , e.g.,design, procurement, etc. for timely project delivery
- Executing projects across different geographies within budgets & timelines with the help of contractual laborers, contractors
- Managing BOQs, project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risks
- Providing technical advice to staff, designer, ssupervisors,iinspectors,and contract service providers
- Ensuring compliance of construction activity to best industry standards (international & local), planned timelines, allotted budget, relevant rules, regulations as per company strategy and goals
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related industry, handling commercial real estate projects
- Hands-on experience in construction execution, site management, MEP, HVAC, etc.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project execution and documentation
- Experience managing teams and scaling projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills with a solution-oriented mindset
