Ensure highest level of client satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
Proactively escalate potential issues/concerns.
Knowledge of MFs, Structure Product, PMS, AIF, Broking, Bonds/NCD.
Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaising with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
Ensure account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
Ensure internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
Suggesting internal processes improvements.
Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and act as a single point of contact for RM’s, Clients and the Operations Team.
Min 3 years of experience working in Private Banking industry
