Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients
* Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, business goals, and event objectives
* Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and post-event evaluations
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Event Planning & Execution
* Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of MICE events, from concept to post-event reporting
* Coordinate with internal departments (operations, catering, AV, logistics, finance) and external suppliers
* Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
* Manage event timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and contingency plans
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine MICE strategies
* Contribute to pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product development
* Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and client networking functions
Financial & Administrative Management
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and revenue reports related to MICE corporate business
* Monitor costs and profitability of events and client accounts
* Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and legal requirements
Team Collaboration & Leadership
* Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure aligned objectives
* Support and mentor junior team members or coordinators when required
* Promote a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
* 2+ years of experience in MICE, corporate events, hospitality sales, or related roles
* Proven track record in corporate client management and revenue generation
* Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
* Experience managing large-scale meetings, conferences, and incentive programs
Skills & Competencies
* Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent project management and organizational abilities
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Financial literacy with experience managing budgets and forecasts
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
