Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Pre Sales to manage and guide a team handling inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate should have strong pre-sales exposure, lead management expertise, and excellent communication skills. Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of pre-sales executives
Monitor daily calling activities and lead conversions
Allocate, track, and follow up on leads through CRM
Ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality customer interactions
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Maintain process adherence and improve lead conversion ratios
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Pre Sales / Lead Management
Strong knowledge of inbound & outbound calling processes
Real estate experience is a plus
Excellent communication and people management skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Target-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
