Role Overview
The Brand Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading digital and
integrated advertising campaigns for multiple brands while managing
client relationships, internal stakeholders, and a team of junior and senior
Brand Solutions executives. This role requires a strong balance of
strategic thinking, execution excellence, people management, and
financial responsibility, with proven exposure to award-winning work in a
digital-first agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
• Lead end-to-end execution of digital and integrated advertising
campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
• Understand client briefs deeply and translate them into clear, actionable
creative and strategic directions
• Drive development of campaign approaches in collaboration with Copy,
Design, Strategy, Planning, and Media teams
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, award-worthy work across platforms
including social, digital films, content, and integrated campaigns
• Track competitor brands, industry trends, and category movements to
define differentiated brand strategies
• Identify relevant moments, trends, and cultural opportunities that can
add value to brand communication
Client Management & Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and maintain
strong, long-term client relationships
• Present creative ideas, strategies, reports, and recommendations
confidently to clients
• Manage approvals, feedback loops, and revisions to ensure smooth and
timely execution
• Share regular weekly and monthly reports with clients and internal
leadership on performance, deliverables, and outcomes
• Handle escalations effectively by implementing corrective actions and
process improvements
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and manage junior and senior Brand Solutions Executives
across accounts
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and ownership
within the team
• Provide regular feedback, guidance, and training support to strengthen
team capability
• Ensure seamless coordination between Brand Solutions, Creative, Media,
Tech, and Strategy teams
• Maintain Job Status Reports to track workflows, timelines, and
dependencies across teams
Operations, Process & Financial Management
• Implement and monitor SOPs, timelines, and turnaround benchmarks to
ensure operational efficiency
• Track and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for assigned
brands in line with AOPs and planning cycles
• Oversee invoice and estimate tracking, payment follow-ups, and ensure
timely collections
• Manage KPIs, performance trackers, and contribute to P&L health for the
business unit
• Support manpower planning, workload distribution, and succession
planning within the team
Growth, Mining & Business Impact
• Identify opportunities to mine existing brands for additional projects
and integrated solutions
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to upsell services and
expand scope of work
• Enable clients to experience the depth of Schbang’s offerings through
integrated solutions
• Contribute to renewals, contract discussions, and long-term growth
planning for accounts
• Identify PR-worthy opportunities and initiatives that enhance brand and
agency reputation
Data, Insights & Performance
• Analyze campaign performance data and draw actionable insights
• Use tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent platforms to inform
recommendations
• Ensure content and communication are consumer-first, insight-driven,
and performance-oriented
Skills & Expertise Required
• 5 to 6 years of experience in digital-first or integrated advertising
agencies
• Proven experience working on iconic legacy brands and large-scale
campaigns
• Exposure to award-winning digital or integrated work is strongly
preferred
