Competencies Required for the Role
- Industry expertise and knowledge of IRDAI and IRDAI Regulations
- Handled Litigation and to coordinate with Advocates and Lawyers for business needs
- Contract Management and Review of legal templates – MSA, SLA, NDAs, TOBA, MOU etc
- Exposure to IRDAI inspection/audits/ reviews
- Knowledge and Exposure of IRDAI Filings
- Prepared, Vetting and monitored SOPs and internal policies
- Legal and Compliance Advisory
- Digitalization of Manual Process and focus on productivity
- Preparation of data and ppt and matrix and documentation for Board
- Adopt new methods, streamline workflows, identify gaps and implement solutions
- Introduce/ streamline/ adopt trackers, process, policies and documentation to increase efficiency to maintain data in structured manner and to reduce turnaround time
- Mentor junior team members for skill development and train them on the regulatory compliance and legal framework
Personal Qualifications
- Educational Background: LLB or CS or both
- Experience:
4-5 years
