Support product launches, relaunches, and portfolio refreshes
Collaborate and engage with regional stakeholders to support congresses, events, and training initiatives
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain deep knowledge of Product, market trends, competition, and clinical developments
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and rising stars
Support clinical programs and communicate outcomes effectively
Training & Enablement
Identify training needs and collaborate with the Education Team
Provide product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
Influence and motivate teams without direct reporting lines
Collaboration & Leadership
Foster a collaborative team spirit across diverse regions
Coach and provide feedback to Sales teams
Act as a cultural ambassador, demonstrating humility and empathy across borders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, marketing management in medical Devices
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
