Hiring:
Environment, Health and Safety Lead
Location – Andheri, Mumbai
Archroma India Pvt. Ltd.  is looking for an experienced and proactive Environment , Health and Safety Lead  to oversee Safety, Health & Environment management for our Mumbai laboratories and facilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement SHE Management Systems in line with national/state regulations and company policies.
Create annual SHE improvement plans and monitor progress to closure.
Facilitate SHE risk assessments for laboratory operations and recommend appropriate control measures.
Implement safe systems of work for lab and facility activities.
Establish and manage the site SHE Committee.
Drive SHE awareness through promotional programs and internal initiatives.
Liaise with statutory/legal authorities and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Lead SHE incident investigations, identify corrective actions, and ensure closure.
Conduct SHE trainings as per needs assessment.
Prepare detailed incident reports and CAPA plans.
Plan and facilitate SHE self‑audits/inspections and monitor follow-up actions.
Oversee effective waste management systems.
Track and report SHE performance to management.
Maintain emergency response systems, including plans, equipment, and drills.
Support facility teams during audits and SHE-driven programs.
Oversee contractor onboarding, SHE evaluations, performance tracking, and training.
Coordinate regulatory inspections, corporate audits, and third‑party audits.
Support the management of the Occupational Health Centre.

Profile Requirements
B.Sc /M.Sc. (Chemistry/Environment) OR BE Chemical / BE Environment  with ADIS or PDIS .
8–10 years  of relevant industry experience.
Experience in MNCs preferred—chemical, textile chemical, or fibre manufacturing industries (e.g., Reliance, Grasim, Indorama).
Strong communication—written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High learning agility and strong professional drive.
