Role Overview
Work closely with senior Private Bankers to drive client acquisition, AUM growth, and portfolio management for HNI and professional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition (≈65%)
Identify monetization events (stake sales, fund raising, IPOs, real estate, block deals).
Build strong referral networks with IBs, PE professionals, lawyers, CAs, consultants, and brokers.
Develop prospect pipeline across focused segments (doctors, lawyers, consultants, promoters).
Support senior Private Bankers with prospect tracking and funnel management.
Client Management (≈35%)
Assist in portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment strategy.
Support execution of complex/non-vanilla transactions (PE, MLDs, InvITs, AIFs).
Coordinate portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and reinvestment planning.
Ensure proactive client coverage and seamless account management.
Skills Required
Soft Skills
High ownership, strong communication, strategic mindset.
Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask under pressure.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, MLDs, REITs/InvITs).
Basic equity research and investment pitching skills.
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
