What You'll Do:
Lead & Guide:
Act as the leader for the client servicing team, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of projects.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
Team Management:
Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks within the team, ensuring each member is aligned with goals and deadlines.
Briefs & Meetings:
Oversee and participate in client briefs and meetings, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Campaign Oversight:
Ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest standard, managing timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve client concerns effectively.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality.
