Role Title -   L&D Manager / Facilitator – People Development

Role Purpose
The L&D Facilitator will deliver high-impact people development programs focused on behaviour,
leadership, communication, and culture. This role is not about product or SOP training, but about
enabling frontline leaders and managers to perform better through mindset and skill shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation & Delivery

● Facilitate classroom, virtual and blended learning programs on:
○ Communication & interpersonal skills
○ Leadership basics for frontline managers
○ Coaching & feedback
○ Ownership, accountability & culture

● Deliver onboarding and transition programs for new roles

● Run cohort-based learning journeys aligned with Rebel Academy

Learning Reinforcement

● Reinforce digital learning launched on Rebel Next App through live sessions

● Drive reflection, discussion and on-the-job application

● Partner with Ops leaders to contextualise learning

Coaching & Enablement

● Coach Kitchen Leads, AMs, ZLs and Field Trainers

● Act as a thought partner on people capability challenges

● Support managers in applying learning on the ground

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

● Gather learner and stakeholder feedback

● Share ground insights with Design & COE team

● Contribute to content improvement and new program ideas

Ideal Candidate Profile

● 5–10 years of experience in L&D / facilitation / people development. Strong facilitation and
storytelling
skills, Experience working with frontline or operations-heavy teams preferred. Comfortable with
travel and on-ground delivery, Coaching mindset and strong presence
