We are looking for an experienced  Head – Learning & Development  to lead the training function for a leading  Luxury Hotels & Restaurants Business  based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and head the entire Learning & Development function across luxury hospitality operations
Design and implement strategic training initiatives aligned with business objectives
Develop leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks
Drive service excellence training across hotels and restaurant teams
Identify skill gaps and create structured learning interventions
Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, and digital learning platforms
Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics
Build a strong learning culture across the organization

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in heading the Training/L&D function
Strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality brands
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Experience in managing large, multi-location teams preferred
