Manager – Business Strategy & Governanc

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven professional to lead strategic financial planning, executive analytics, and governance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-backed decision-making, strategic project execution, and performance monitoring across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, modelling, and business performance analysis
Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate strategic insights
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive reports
Support executive leadership with research, presentations, and decision frameworks
Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of key milestones
Track and monitor project KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics
Prepare periodic trend analysis and business intelligence reports
Drive governance of key strategic initiatives across business units
Build compelling executive presentations and board-ready materials

Preferred Background:
4–8 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or general insurance
Strong exposure to financial modeling, analytics, and strategic planning
Experience working with senior leadership / CXO office preferred
MBA (Finance) / CFA qualification
