About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven Program Manager (Generalist) to lead strategic initiative sand drive cross-functional execution.
This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact business programs aligned with organizational growth priorities.
You will ensure timelines, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination, and measurable outcomes across functions.

What You’ll Own
Drive end-to-end program planning and execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing)
Develop structured project plans, timelines, and dashboards
Prepare business presentations, models, and leadership updates
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies
Ensure timely delivery against defined KPIs
Drive stakeholder communication and alignment
Support leadership with data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years experience in program management
Strong PPT and analytical skills
Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong follow-through and execution discipline
Willingness to travel as required
