Head of Projects - Mumbai (Pan India)
Foodlink F&B Holdings seeks Head of Projects in Mumbai to lead pan-India initiatives for restaurants/banquets/catering expansions.
Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end projects: new outlets, fitouts, renovations across India. Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery in hospitality/F&B.
Key Responsibilities
Plan/execute projects with architects, contractors, ops teams.
Manage budgets, timelines, quality, compliance (safety/GST).
Coordinate pan-India rollouts; use BIM/ERP for efficiency.
Drive innovation; report to leadership on milestones/risks.
Qualifications
BTech Civil/B.Arch; 10-20 yrs hospitality projects (restaurants/banquets).
Proven pan-India execution;
Mumbai-based.
Strong leadership, ERP/Excel skills
