1. Client Relationship Management:
-Empower junior team members to transform brand guidelines and positioning into digitally-oriented strategies that align with objectives and identity.
-Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
-Take final accountability for client pitches and creating quarterly execution plans & strategies
2. Brand Positioning and Differentiation:
-Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
3. Quality Analysis:
-Quality analysis of BAU to uncover opportunities for experimentation and innovation
4. Financial Management:
-Maintain monthly client P&Ls, ensuring billing targets are met.
-Vet and analyze financial trackers ensuring their creation at the pre-defined frequency
5. Brief Review and Approval:
-Review and vet client briefs, ensuring alignment with execution plans and strategies.
6. Client Relationship Management:
-Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
-Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
-Provide strategic intervention and inputs to the competitor and industry analysis process, while identifying opportunities for process improvements, new potential upsell offerings, and new business avenues
-Add expertise and constructive feedback to ideas and concepts to deliver a holistic solution to the clients
-Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the branch/cluster's work, enabling awards and partnerships
7. Resource Planning and Contract Management:
-Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals, addressing obstacles proactively.
8. Team Management and Development:
-Conduct weekly team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
-Structure training programs with the L&D team to improve work quality and specific competencies.
-Ensure the team attains the desired output through regular and effective feedback.
9. Legal Compliance and
Education:
-Educate team members on legal considerations, ensuring campaigns adhere to legal boundaries.
10. Team Growth:
-Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately.
