Responisbilities:
- 1. Managing the team & its performance
2. Achieving the target set by the management
3. Handling the customer escalations and addressing them to customer satisfaction
4. Tracking card utilization & facilitating monthly reconciliation
5. Ensure the team maintains DSR on a daily basis & accurately
6. Track revenues (hotels & consolidators / online portals) are tracked & booked timely
7. Track all payment made to hotels / consolidators against client invoicing
8. Ensure invoicing is done within 48 hours
9. Process improvement & revenue generation
10. Presenting daily and weekly dashboard of operational activity
11. Managing daily operations and making sure the smooth service delivery
12. Periodic Quality check on the team’s performance and feedback management for service improvement
13. Managing the Key SPOC’s for client and maintaining the direct relationship for business achievement
14. Conducting the review meetings with team and completing appraisal process
