Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Project Manager (C&I).
The role involves end-to-end management of Corporate Fitout interior projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget control.
Oversee project timelines, manage logistics, conduct regular on-site inspections, and ensure that quality standards are upheld while maintaining alignment with project goals.
Serve as a key liaison with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)
Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of project milestones
Strong skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure adherence to predefined standards
Knowledge of Logistics Management to optimize project supply chains and increase operational efficiency
Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Prior experience managing large-scale Commercial, Corporate interior fitout and architecture/turnkey projects is a must
