Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Closing Manager / Closing Head to lead and manage the closing function for high-value residential projects in Chembur. The role involves end-to-end closure ownership, team management, client negotiations, and achievement of revenue targets while ensuring a smooth customer experience from site visit to booking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Junior Closing Managers / Sales Executives
Own end-to-end deal closure from qualified lead to booking and agreement
Handle high-value client negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal sign-offs
Conduct and oversee site visits, walkthroughs, and client presentations
Track daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and closures via CRM and MIS
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for self and team
Coordinate closely with Sourcing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Channel Partners
Ensure timely documentation, booking forms, agreements, and collections
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback in Chembur
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in residential real estate closing/sales
Mandatory hands-on experience in Chembur market
Proven track record of individual and team closures
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
In-depth knowledge of ticket sizes, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
Highly target-driven with strong closure ratios
