Overview:
As an MEP Design Manager at our esteemed luxury villa real estate development firm, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our architectural visions to life.
This position requires robust technical knowledge, innovative design thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
Your primary focus will be to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems are meticulously designed and integrated, adhering to industry regulations while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our luxury residential projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of 5+ years of comprehensive experience in MEP design (all rounder MEP design experience) and project management, specifically within the luxury villa, high-end residential, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
Drive the comprehensive development and innovative design of MEP systems, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other key stakeholders to create a seamless integration of building design that marries functional MEP systems with aesthetic elegance.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, influencing team decisions and shaping design methodologies.
Plan Review:
Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of MEP drawings and specifications, assuring accuracy and adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
Cost and Schedule Management:
Oversee budgets and timelines pertinent to MEP design and execution, ensuring financial responsibility while meeting project deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify potential design conflicts and compliance risks, addressing issues promptly to uphold project integrity and schedule.
