This role is ideal for someone who understands cloud contact center solutions, enjoys working with enterprise customers and telecom operators, and is comfortable owning revenue targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and revenue for CCaaS solutions.
Identify and develop opportunities with enterprises, telecom operators, and system integrators.
Lead solution discussions, product demos, and customer presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
Handle commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
What We Are Looking For
3–5 years of experience in CCaaS, CPaaS, or Contact Center platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud contact center architecture, telephony, IVR, APIs, and customer engagement platforms.
Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Ability to carry and achieve revenue targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
