Oversee administration of office and sites to ensure smooth functioning and zero
complaints
Ensure proper maintenance of facilities such as AC, lifts, and water coolers with no
breakdowns
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene at office and site locations
entify, negotiate, and finalize vendors for housekeeping, contractors, and AMC services
Ensure timely renewal of vendor contracts and agreements
Plan and manage events efficiently without operational issues
Implement cost-saving and cost-cutting measures
Liaise with statutory and civil authorities (Municipal Corporation, Collector Office, Police,
etc.)
Obtain necessary permissions and licenses for uninterrupted operations
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements to avoid penalties or fines
Coordinate implementation of HR policies from Head Office
Manage employee leave, attendance, and records for the Pune region
Prepare accurate salary data and ensure timely wage distribution
Support HR activities such as recruitment, interviews, and training
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory obligations
Manage petty cash with accuracy and integrity
Maintain same-day cash balance and proper documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility management
Strong knowledge of administration and facility operations
Excellent vendor negotiation and management skills
Understanding of statutory compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience in HR coordination (attendance, payroll, leave management)
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and multitasking skills
Knowledge of petty cash handling and record-keeping
Ethical, responsible, and trustworthy approach to financial handling
