JOB DESCRIPTION    In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own India Flexim order booking POR, forecasting, pricing governance, and overall profitability
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Flexim India, APAC, and Global teams, and execute actions to achieve set targets.
Plan, Lead and Execute Marketing campaign activities for Flexim Product Line Growth in India.
Define and execute national sales and business development strategy aligned with Flexim APAC/Global objectives.
Lead early project identification, EPC/PMC engagement, spec-in activities, and qualification trials.
Provide hands-on coaching during customer meetings, field visits, project reviews, and escalations
Ensure disciplined CRM usage for pipeline management, forecasting, and management reporting
Ensure to have all product related approvals like PESO etc.
Provide strategic feedback to regional teams on opportunities and technology adoption
Support sales teams through product training, presentations, and sales tools that highlight Flexim's unique value propositions
Develop and execute competitor displacement and demand creation strategies in collaboration with Integrated Marketing and Regional Sales teams.

Direct Reporting to Director Flow Product Sales.

Who You Are:
You are a results-driven leader with proven success in leading sales teams and developing business in complex industrial markets. You bring deep knowledge of instrumentation and flow measurement, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams. You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering like Instrumentation, Electronics, Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering.
15+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation sales, Business Development, or related roles in the process automation industry.
Proven leadership experience in national or regional sales roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Ability to plan strategically, manage complex pursuits, and drive profitable growth in a competitive market.
Strong strategic mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
Courageous and flexible mindset to embrace and lead change
Passion for people engagement and getting Sales force Mindshare for Flexim.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
