Role
- Vice President
- Rewards, Performance, Benefits and Transformation
Exp - 12+ years
Location - Mumbai/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Mandate & Focus
Transformation + build + scale mandate intersecting with global PRB strategy
Offshore GCC build‑out and operational delivery at scale
Standing and scaling up the team
Large‑scale transformation experience, especially in BFSI GCCs set up in last 5–10 years
Governance focus with multi‑country exposure and tiered service delivery
Responsibilities
Run global compensation review cycles
Oversee workday performance management
Deliver operational excellence at scale
Handle administration and combat administrative challenges
Transition processes and fix root causes post‑transition
Engage with regulatory authorities where required
Candidate Profile
12–15 years’ experience, preferably in banking/financial services GCCs
Strong background in rewards, performance, and benefits
Experience in transformation programs, not just SME roles
Exposure to global performance reward benefits UI is helpful
Proven people management (10–15 members initially, scaling further)
Multi‑country exposure and governance orientation
Experience working with regulatory authorities
