Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Building Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing expediting activities, conducting inspections, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring project deliverables meet client requirements. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Qualifications
Expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor Building projects effectively
Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related activities to streamline project timelines
Experience in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with project standards
Strong skills in Logistics Management to coordinate and optimize supply chain operations
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
