The Audience Growth & Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving audience engagement, community development, and industry participation across all touchpoints and initiatives. This includes building and nurturing relationships with senior technology and business leaders while increasing participation in conferences, executive round tables, industry awards and accolades, podcasts, matchmaking programs, editorial initiatives, research projects, and the Accolade program.
The role will focus on developing a highly engaged digital infrastructure community comprising enterprise leaders, cloud providers, data center operators, telecom companies, investors, policymakers, and technology solution providers. Executive Round tables
Engage industry leaders to contribute as speakers, panelists, advisory committee members, award nominees, podcast guests, and thought leaders.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for deeper engagement across multiple
Matchmaking & Relationship Management
Facilitate meaningful connections between enterprise leaders, technology providers, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Support sponsor and partner engagement through curated business matchmaking opportunities.
Ensure delegates and community members derive maximum value from their engagement with w.media events and media products
Outreach & Engagement Campaigns
Execute outreach campaigns through email, Linked In, telephone, industry associations, and professional networks.
Support audience acquisition and engagement campaigns before, during, and after events.
Drive community participation through targeted engagement strategies and personalized relationship management.
Reporting & Performance Management
Track participation, confirmations, and engagement metrics across all events
Maintain accurate CRM records and audience databases.
Prepare regular reports on audience growth, engagement levels, participation, and community development outcomes.
