Key Responsibilities:

Structure escrow and capital market escrow transactions based on client-specific requirements across diverse segments.
Liaise with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations, technology, risk) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Partner with the sales team to identify, pitch, and close escrow opportunities across industries.
Continuously improve product offerings and related processes through competitive benchmarking and client feedback.
Lead digitization and automation initiatives to enhance the escrow journey and operational efficiency.
Negotiate with clients and legal counsel to finalize transactions while ensuring regulatory, tax, and legal compliance.
Manage product governance including collateral creation, financials, audit-readiness, and internal documentation.
Review escrow and capital market agreements from a regulatory, operational, compliance, and feasibility perspective.
Identify new business opportunities through market trends, client feedback, and intermediary engagement.
Use analytics and market insights to shape product strategy, ensuring alignment with business and revenue goals.
