As we continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our operations team and build scalable systems for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operations across multiple cities and client locations.
Manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, Operations Managers and field teams.
Take complete ownership of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Handle critical client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Develop SOPs and scalable operational processes.
Drive manpower planning, deployment and workforce optimization.
Improve employee discipline, attendance, productivity and retention.
Conduct regular operational reviews with leadership.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Build a high-performance operations culture focused on accountability and execution.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Recruitment and Business Development for seamless operations.
Ideal Candidate 12–20 years of leadership experience in Security Services or Integrated Facility Management.
Proven experience managing 1,000+ security personnel across multiple locations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent client relationship and crisis management abilities.
Experience building and leading large operational teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Graduate required. MBA is an added advantage.
Ex-servicemen with relevant corporate leadership experience are welcome.
Preferred Industry Experience Security Services, Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Corporate Services, Industrial Security, Logistics Security or Hospitality Operations.
