About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive global commercial operations, claims management, and contract strategy across large-scale engineering, industrial, energy, and oil & gas projects. This role will lead a team of commercial contract managers and work closely with customers, EPC partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes, manage contractual risks, and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global portfolio of high-value commercial claims and contract-related matt
ers.
Develop commercial strategies, contractual positions, settlement approaches, and recovery opportunit
ies.
Manage senior customer and EPC relationships, acting as the key commercial interface for complex negotiations and dispute resolut
ion.
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of commercial contract manag
ers.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to drive effective claim resolut
ion.
Translate technical findings into commercial, contractual, and financial decisi
ons.
Drive EBITDA improvement through claims cost reduction, recovery success, and operational efficie
ncy.
Establish governance, reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial operations funct
ion.
Required Exper
ience
1015 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Commercial Claims, or Risk Manage
ment.
Experience working on large-scale international engineering, industrial, energy, EPC, or oil & gas proj
ects.
Strong expertise in commercial contracts, claims management, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial risk mitiga
tion.
Proven track record of managing customer-facing negotiations and driving contractual outc
omes.
Experience leading global or cross-functional teams in a multinational environ
ment.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execu
tion.
Desired

Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution s
kills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global organiza
tions.
