Project Manager – AI/LLM Operations | Data Engineering | KPO

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  Project Manager  to lead AI/LLM and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) projects across legal, life sciences, and medical domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project execution, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and optimize operational excellence while working closely with stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM and data engineering projects.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Optimize workflows and improve project efficiency through process improvements.
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for workforce planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, Data Engineering, KPO, or IT Services.
Experience managing projects in Legal, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical domains is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
