Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Impact Projects

Role Summary
The AGM – Impact Projects will lead the operational execution of corporate-funded CSR programs focused on skill development, vocational training, employability, and livelihood generation. The role involves managing implementation partners, ensuring compliance with CSR and regulatory requirements, monitoring program performance, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation of CSR-funded skilling and employment projects.
Coordinate with NGOs, training partners, employers, and corporate stakeholders.
Ensure timely achievement of project targets, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor training, certification, placement, and retention outcomes.
Drive compliance with CSR regulations, donor requirements, and audit processes.
Track project performance through MIS, reporting, and impact measurement.
Build employer partnerships to strengthen placement and livelihood opportunities.
Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
8–12 years of experience in program operations or project management within NGOs, CSR, skilling, or development sector organizations.
Experience managing large-scale skill development, employability, or livelihood programs.
Strong stakeholder management, project execution, reporting, and team leadership skills.
Key Success Metrics
Project delivery against timelines and targets.
Beneficiaries trained, certified, and placed.
Placement and retention rates.
Compliance and reporting quality.
Stakeholder satisfaction and social impact outcomes.
