Role - Manager - KYC Operations + Project Management
Exp - 4 to 8 years
Location - Mumbai

Technical Project Management
Lead KYC technology initiatives including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for projects
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Drive automation and digitization initiatives to improve KYC efficiency
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Lead and manage a team of 10+ members, ensuring delivery on quality, productivity, SLAs, and BAU activities.
Act as a KYC Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and due diligence processes.
Manage case aging, resolve complex KYC cases, and oversee escalations.
Build strong partnerships with Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, and regional stakeholders.
Monitor risks, controls, policy changes, and ensure procedural adherence.
Drive process improvements, cross-training, and operational efficiencies across global teams.
