Role Overview :
The AGM – Home Loans will lead and scale the Home Loan business across multiple
clusters within the assigned region. The role is responsible for driving business growth,
profitability, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and team performance through
effective leadership of Cluster Heads.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong expertise in home loan sales, builder
ecosystem management, channel partnerships, and large team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

• Own the overall Home Loan business for the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue, sourcing, and disbursal targets.

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to maximize market share.

• Drive business expansion through builder tie-ups, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

• Monitor sales funnel metrics and ensure healthy conversion across all clusters.

Cluster Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Cluster Heads to achieve business objectives.

• Review cluster performance through regular business reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.

• Build a high-performance sales culture with strong focus on productivity and accountability.

• Ensure manpower planning, succession planning, and capability development across clusters.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, builders, and channel partners.

• Negotiate commercial partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Credit, Marketing, and Finance for seamless execution.

Sales Excellence

• Drive consistent improvement in sourcing, login, sanction, disbursal, and revenue conversion metrics.

• Ensure standardized sales processes and best practices across clusters.

• Monitor productivity KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Review MIS, dashboards, and business analytics to identify opportunities and risks.

• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Team Development

• Hire, coach, and develop Cluster Heads and key sales leaders.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans.

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Desired Profile

• 5–15 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading large multi-location sales teams.

• Strong experience managing Cluster Heads, Area Managers, or Regional Sales Managers.

Proven track record of consistently achieving aggressive business targets.

• Deep understanding of builder ecosystem, DSA/channel management, and banking partnerships.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in scaling businesses across multiple geographies is preferred.

• Graduate required; MBA preferred.
