Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
Define and articulate the program vision, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Develop a comprehensive program roadmap, including key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Conduct program-level risk assessments, identify potential
challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
Portfolio Management
Oversee a portfolio of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring consistent application of project management best practices.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project managers within the program.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners.
Proactively communicate program status updates, key performance indicators, and potential risks.
Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and foster collaborative relationships.
Resource Optimization
Manage and allocate program resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and infrastructure.
Optimize resource utilization across projects to maximize
program impact and efficiency.
Program Evaluation & Improvement
Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure program impact.
Implement change management strategies to ensure ongoing program optimization and success.
Key Skills & Experience
Graduate/ Postgraduate with over 10 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in driving large-scale transformation efforts and delivering measurable outcomes.
Expertise in managing both onshore and offshore operations to ensure seamless execution.
Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing resources effectively across complex initiatives.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to align projects with strategic objectives and deliver business value.
Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders internally and externally.
Demonstrates motivational effectiveness and a transformational mindset to inspire change.
Adept at identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and implementing innovative solutions.
Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing priorities under pressure
