Job Role:

Head - QC

Job Description:

Strategic planning and overall management of the QC department.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GLP, GMP, ICH).
Overseeing implementation of analytical methodologies and validation.
Ensuring laboratory operations meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
Budgeting, resource allocation and staff management.
Facilitating training and development programs.
Coordinating with other departments like R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Production.
Maintaining audit readiness and managing external audits and inspections.
Continuous improvement of QC processes and methodologies.
