Are you an experienced Insurance Operations leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams?
We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Vice President – Policy Servicing to lead strategic policy servicing operations, customer benefit payouts, process transformation initiatives, and large-scale operational excellence projects.

What We're Looking For:
✔ 8–18 years in the Insurance Industry, preferably in Policy Servicing or Operations
✔ Proven expertise in Policy Servicing, Customer Benefit Payouts, Premium Collection, Policy Revival, Suspense Management & Customer Communications
✔ Strong experience managing strategic initiatives including Process Automation, CRM/System Enhancements, IT Projects, Data Patching & Operational Controls
✔ Hands-on exposure to Quality Management, Risk & Compliance, Customer Journey Enhancement, Vendor Management, and Outsourcing Governance
✔ Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Role Highlights:
• Lead end-to-end Policy Servicing Operations while ensuring high accuracy and TAT adherence
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Lead customer experience improvement programs and strategic business projects
• Manage CRM enhancements, system setup, and IT-driven operational initiatives
• Strengthen quality controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving operational excellence
