BE (Electrical) / BHM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end facility management operations across large residential/commercial projects.
Manage engineering, soft services, security, parking, pest control, landscaping, and vendor performance.
Drive SLA/KPI compliance, preventive maintenance, budgeting, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
Handle customer handovers, inspections, defect rectification, and post-possession support.
Build strong client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee CAM collection, project coordination, procurement, audits, and cost optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams while driving operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience in large-scale real estate facility management.
Strong exposure to customer handovers, CRM, vendor management, budgeting, statutory compliance, and team leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
