Job Role :
Lead and supervise a team of vigilance professionals responsible for investigating allegations of fraud, bribery, corruption, employee misconduct, policy violations, and operational irregularities.
Independently manage critical and high-impact vigilance investigations while providing guidance, oversight, and technical support to team members handling other cases.
Review investigation findings, assess staff accountability, and ensure investigations are conducted with consistency, quality, and within prescribed timelines.
Oversee the collection, preservation, and evaluation of evidence in compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Review reported fraud cases and Red Flagged Accounts (RFAs) to identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and accountability issues.
