What you will do
Lead and scale high-performing inside sales teams across India and international markets
Own regional and global portfolios with complete revenue accountability
Drive sales strategy, forecasting, funnel management, and conversions
Mentor, coach, and build future sales leaders
Work closely with marketing, product, and placement teams to drive outcomes
Set benchmarks, track performance, and consistently exceed targets

Who we are looking for
6–15 years of proven experience in Inside Sales leadership within Ed Tech
Strong track record of managing large teams and multiple regions
Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
Data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable handling senior responsibilities and scaling operations
