Position: Business Head (Offline Expansion)
Client - Sugar Fit (India's Largest Diabetes Management Platform)

An Offline Business Lead you will be drive growth through physical centers, offline sales, and local partnerships. You will manage P&L, drive footfall, ensure clinical operations run smoothly, and build B2B tie-ups with doctors, hospitals, Labs and Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
P&L Management :
Own revenue targets, center-level unit economics, and cost control for all physical brick-and-mortar facilities.
Operations Excellence :
Define daily, weekly, and monthly operating cadences to maximize patient flow and service quality.
Network Expansion :
Spearhead new offline center launches, real estate selection, and regional scaling.
Offline Growth & Partnerships :
Build strategic alliances with local doctors, corporate networks, diagnostic labs, and referral channels.
Team Leadership :
Manage cluster managers, clinic heads, sales teams, and front-desk staff; drive training and retention.
Compliance & Quality :
Ensure strict adherence to medical standards, statutory licenses, and safety protocols.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements
Experience : 5 to 10 years in offline retail healthcare, hospital chains, diagnostic centers, or wellness franchising.
Education :
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent leadership credential.
Core Competencies :
Strong P&L accountability, B2B healthcare sales, team building, and process optimization.
Mindset :
Data-driven, high-ownership, and comfortable with field travel.
