Program Manager – Academic Operations & Excellence

Program Manager – Academic Operations  to strengthen and streamline academic operations across the  South & Maharashtra regions .

Location:

Vidyapeeth, Seawoods, Mumbai – Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate  day-to-day academic operations  across assigned regions
Drive timely execution of academic programs, initiatives, and key operational milestones
Act as a key liaison between  Regional Academic Heads, Centre Heads, Central Academic Teams, CoE, and cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate with the  Centre of Excellence (CoE)  for curriculum implementation, faculty enablement, and academic initiatives
Manage  SIP Program  coordination, implementation tracking, and progress reporting
Build and manage  daily, weekly & monthly MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports
Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to leadership
Drive process standardization, SOP development, automation, and continuous improvement
Coordinate with  Academics, Operations, HR, Business & Leadership  teams to ensure seamless execution

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 4–6 years of experience in  Academic Operations / Program Management / Project Management / Operations
✅ Experience in  EdTech/Education  preferred
✅ Strong stakeholder & cross-functional management skills
✅ Excellent planning, execution, and organizational abilities
✅ Data-driven approach with strong reporting & MIS skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
✅ MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred
