Role Description  The Group Financial Controller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role oversees consolidated financial reporting for the group, including the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The Group Financial Controller manages accounting operations, ensures adherence to relevant accounting standards, and maintains strong internal controls and financial governance. Daily responsibilities include leading the finance team, coordinating audits, supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and providing analytical insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, support expansion initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to oversee group-level financial operations.
Expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for multiple entities.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software, and comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards.
Professional qualification such as CA, CFA.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
