Role Description  

The Person ality Coach is responsible for guiding clients through structured transformation journeys that enhance mindset, emotional resilience, presence, and social confidence. This full-time remote role includes conducting one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions, designing and delivering training modules, and providing ongoing support and accountability to clients. The coach will collaborate on program development, refine frameworks based on client feedback and research, and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Day-to-day tasks also involve creating written materials for sessions, contributing to online resources, and engaging with the community via digital channels to reinforce learning and growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in personality development and coaching, including experience helping individuals build confidence, emotional mastery, and presence.
Demonstrated ability in training and facilitation, such as designing and delivering workshops, group sessions, or structured learning programs.
Research skills to synthesize insights from psychology, behavioral science, and human development into practical coaching tools.
Writing skills to create clear, engaging session materials, program content, and reflective exercises.
Comfort with social media for sharing educational content, engaging with online communities, and supporting client communication.
Background in psychology, counseling, coaching, human resources, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Certification or formal training in coaching, therapy, or personal development methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple clients, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
