About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Manager /Senior Manager – Stock Broking Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of a growing stock broking business.
This is not a pure compliance role.
We are looking for someone who has managed the day-to-day operations of a small or mid-sized stock broking firm, including RMS, settlements, client operations, banking, billing, surveillance, reconciliations and regulatory compliance
.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead end-to-end broking operations across the organisation.
Manage RMS, client exposure monitoring and trading limits.
Oversee settlements, pay-in / pay-out and reconciliation processes.
Manage client ledgers, banking operations and fund movements.
Supervise billing, collections and operational workflows.
Coordinate with Accounts, RMS, Compliance, Depository and Operations teams.
Handle CDSL / NSDL operational coordination.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, KYC, AML and PMLA requirements.
Coordinate exchange, internal and statutory audits.
Prepare operational MIS and management reports.
Improve operational processes, SOPs and internal controls.
Lead and mentor the operations team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
10–18 years of experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets.
Hands-on experience managing broking operations in a small or mid-sized broking company.
Strong exposure to RMS, settlements, client operations and reconciliations.
Experience in banking, billing, collections and operational controls.
Working knowledge of CDSL / NSDL.
Good understanding of SEBI, NSE & BSE regulations.
Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reporting.
Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
