THE ROLE

As a  Bartender , you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional service, high-quality beverages, and an overall unforgettable atmosphere for our guests.

Your role will involve working closely with the Senior Bartender and the rest of the bar team to ensure that service is smooth, efficient, and always leaves a lasting impression.
This role is based across our restaurants and reports directly to the  Senior Bartender . You'll play an integral part in maintaining the high standards of service that make our brands a standout destination for guests seeking an elevated and adventurous experience in Indian cuisine and drinks.

WHO YOU ARE
You are passionate about hospitality and beverages, with a natural ability to engage with guests and make them feel welcome. You have prior experience in a bar setting, with a solid understanding of basic bar operations and mixology.
Your excellent communication skills help you connect with guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism. You thrive under pressure, staying calm and focused even during peak service times, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
You enjoy working as part of a team, are quick to learn new drink recipes, and take pride in delivering top-notch service. Whether you're prepping for service, assisting during busy periods, or restocking inventory, you approach every task with a positive, can-do attitude.
YOUR TEAM

As a Bartender, you'll be a key part of our bar team, working closely with the Senior Bartender and collaborating with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Our restaurants are fast-paced environments, and you'll be expected to contribute to the dynamic energy while keeping the focus on delivering the best possible guest experience.
WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

You will report directly to the  Senior Bartender , working under their guidance to ensure that all bar operations run seamlessly and efficiently.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Bar Preparation:
Assist in preparing the bar area before service, ensuring that all supplies, ingredients, and tools are ready for use.
Cleanliness & Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor bar stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and inform the Senior Bartender or Manager when inventory is low.
Guest Service:
Assist in taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring timely, attentive service to guests during busy periods.

Collaboration:

Work alongside other bar staff, servers, and kitchen teams to create a seamless service experience.
Knowledge Development:
Stay updated on drink recipes, mixology trends, and enhance your knowledge of beverages to improve service.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous

Experience:

Some experience in a bar setting is preferred, especially with point of sale (POS) systems.
Communication:  Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
Pressure Handling:  Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during high-volume service times.
Guest-Focused:  Strong attention to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Teamwork:  Able to work well with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, positive environment.
Adaptability:  Flexibility to adjust to the fast-paced nature of a busy restaurant and bar.
